Return And Exchange Policies

At Gaayu Gems, we are committed to providing you with high-quality 925 silver jewellery and excellent customer service. Please note that all the products have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read our Exchange and Return Policy carefully before making the payment:

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
• We offer a hassle-free exchange policy in case the product is damaged, defective, missing items, or even if you don’t like the product. You may request an exchange within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.
• The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original
packaging.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY
Note: Please make an unboxing video of the order to claim for damaged or defective items.
Items can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
An exchange request must be made by WhatsApp on +91 7409662222 or via mail at contact@gaayugems.com.
Any price difference between the exchanged products must be borne by the customer.
The amount of the new product should be equal to or greater than the exchanged product price. Make sure that the exchanged item should be unworn, and in its original form and in original packing. The product will undergo all the checks by our team within 48 hours of receiving the product, before processing the exchange. Kindly keep the order ID, Screenshot of the order and photos/videos of the evidence (If applicable) ready.

3. RETURN POLICY
We currently don’t offer return option, but as best, we offer a 24 hours exchange policy, under which you can pick any product in exchange of your order; the new product’s price must be equal to or greater than the exchanged product. For details, please read our exchange policy carefully.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. In such a case, we strive to provide you with the best possible service; as follows-
To cancel the order, please contact our customer service team at contact@gaayugems.com or WhatsApp at +917409662222. Provide your order ID and the reason of cancellation.
Please apply for cancellation of the order within 2 hours of placing the order, to receive 100% refund of the purchase price.
Cancellations requested after 2 hours of placing the order are subject to a cancellation fee. We will refund the order amount minus cancellation charges (usually Rs. 200 to 400/-) for both
Forward and RTO. The customer would receive the refunded amount within 4 days of cancellation.
